I am writing this post to help the average person decide if they need supplements, and which ones are really good for muscle building.
You may be thinking, "I don't need these, and I don't care what you say I don't need." It's not your problem. You want to build muscle. I can tell you one thing you don't want to do is get the wrong supplement and you don't care.
There are a bunch of different types of supplements. What I'm looking for is an "all in one supplement". I know there are some supplements for your whole body. You can get a ton of nutrients by eating all of your veggies.
A good supplement is not just for muscle building. I've tried most of them. I want a supplement for a certain goal. If I wanted to get lean, I'd take a supplement to help with weight loss, endurance, or muscle growth. The only problem is, I don't want to give up my favorite food, so I need something that can help me to keep my diet clean.
My first thoughts when I read the ingredients list were, "how can this be good for muscle?" What if I ate an entire box of these and they made me gain more weight? How will they affect my diet? How many calories will they give me?
A well-balanced protein drink is a protein bar that has both whey and casein in it. Whey protein has protein for energy and calcium. Casein is a calcium protein.
