If they don't work for you, it could be because of some issue, or it could be that you are not getting enough of the right type of nutrition to keep your brain healthy. Some of these products contain vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. That can help, but more often than not, the nutrients that have been found to have some brain power enhancing effect are only found in a small portion of the product. Also, some products are sold for the brain, and not for your heart. You must read the ingredient list carefully to make sure that you are getting the right products that work for your brain and heart.
This list is not a complete one and there are probably many products that you would never use. Some people have a very low amount of nutrients for their brain. It could be that they are getting an adequate amount of the right ingredients, but they are missing other important vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. You may not notice that you are getting too much of these things, because you are just getting your vitamins and minerals from the foods that you eat.
